Apron

Working on an apron for meself. This is the first time I have followed a purchased pattern, it is a little intimidating. I grew up at my mother's elbow watching her spread out her fabric, find the best placement for the pattern pieces, pin, cut, lay aside, assemble all with a practiced ease that comes from years of experience. Now it is my turn. I so wanted to call my mommy to ask her to come watch me do it to make sure I didn't mess up.

Black and white floral for the apron, pink and black paisley for the pocket and tie.
